* A $30 delivery fee will be required if you party is more then 25 miles and/or 25 minutes from our central location (Montgomery, NY) . Fees are subject to be higher based on location. We also reserve the right to refuse our services in certain areas.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Electronic payments only. We accept all major credit cards, payments are processed through PayPal.  Payment is required at completion of delivery.


Q: Are your inflatables safe?

A: Yes. At Hip Hop Bounce Houses safety is our number one priority. All of our equipment is kept cleaned and well maintained. It will be necessary for an adult to keep close supervision of the bounce house at all times. Following simple rules will keep kids safe to ensure a great time.


Q: How many kids can bounce at once?

A: There is a limit as to how many kids can enter the bounce houses at once. For kids 8 years or younger you may have 6-8 kids at one time. For kids 8 years and up there should be no more then 3-5 at one time. It is required to follow the limit of the bounce houses for the safety of everyone.


Q: Do you Charge for delivery?

A: No, We do not charge for delivery or setup if within our service area.


Q: How long is my bounce houses rented for?

A: Your rental is for the entire day, pickup will be no later then 8pm. If additional  time is needed please contact us 2 hours before scheduled pickup time.


Q: What time will my bounce house be setup?

A: Anywhere between 1-3 hours before your party. Time may vary depending on how busy we are.  we will contact you ahead of time.


Q: Does the blower stay on the whole time?

A: YES! The blower must remain on the entire time it keeps the bounce house inflated.


Q: Is supervision provided?

A: For public events we provide supervision. For private parties at home you are required to supervise the bounce house and follow all safety rules. You must also sign a waiver stating that all guidelines will be followed.


Q: What happens if it rains or is windy during my party?

A: In the event it starts to rain during your party all kids must exit the bounce house immediately the blower shut off and all extension cords unplugged. If there are excessive wind gusts of 20 mph or more all kids must exit the bounce house, the blower turned off and all extension cords unplugged.


Q: What is your cancellation / weather policy?

A: Hip Hop Bounce Houses reserves the right cancel any party / event due to inclement weather, such as rain, thunderstorms, or wind speeds of 20 mph or more. If such a situation would occur prior to setup you will have the option to reschedule for a future date. the inflatable unit you originally booked may not be available for your next party date.
